These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phh44 platform, operated by GoTech Entertainment under PAGCOR licensing. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing phh44, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on phh44. This is a mandatory PAGCOR requirement. phh44 conducts KYC verification to confirm age and identity before processing any withdrawal.
Each player is permitted one phh44 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances under the fraud prevention provisions.
All phh44 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived winnings will be processed.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. KYC documents — a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie — must be submitted and approved before phh44 will process your first withdrawal request.
phh44 operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games use independently certified RNG systems. House edge and RTP figures are published and independently audited.
Players may close their phh44 account or request self-exclusion at any time through account settings. Remaining verified balances are returned to the player's registered GCash or bank account before account closure is finalized.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and GoTech Entertainment Corporation ("phh44", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of phh44.vip. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the phh44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the phh44 platform. This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026.

phh44 reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate an Account if any of the above representations are found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
To access phh44's games and wagering services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. phh44 may require additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Suspected duplicate accounts will be investigated and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your phh44 username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party under any circumstances. phh44 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat.
You must notify phh44's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. phh44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
KYC verification is mandatory before phh44 processes any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a UMID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and a live selfie photograph. KYC documents are processed in accordance with phh44's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
phh44 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
The minimum deposit on phh44 is ₱100. Individual payment method minimums and maximums are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction. phh44 reserves the right to amend deposit limits with reasonable notice.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phh44 Balance in real time following successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited same business day for transactions initiated before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Deposits received after that cutoff may be credited on the following business day.
All funds deposited into your phh44 Account are held in segregated client money accounts separate from phh44's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements. Deposits are intended exclusively for use on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users or treated as a financial savings or investment vehicle.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. phh44 will not process any withdrawal request from an unverified Account. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same legal name as the phh44 Account.
Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal and daily limits are displayed in the Cashier section and vary by Account tier and payment method. phh44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
phh44 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not fully completed KYC; (b) the withdrawal involves funds associated with a Bonus that has not yet satisfied its Wagering Requirement; (c) phh44 reasonably suspects the Account may be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; or (d) the withdrawal is subject to a regulatory compliance review.
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and special offers made available by phh44 ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that Promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each Promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. The Wagering Requirement contribution rate varies by game type and is set out in the promotion terms.
phh44 prohibits the following bonus-related conduct, each of which constitutes grounds for Bonus forfeiture and potential Account suspension:
phh44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any wagering already completed toward a Wagering Requirement at the time a Promotion is amended will be calculated under the original terms applicable at the time the Bonus was credited.
Each game available on phh44 is governed by its own specific game rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, disputed game outcome, or discrepancy between the visual display and server-side game record, the server-side record shall be the definitive record of game outcome.
All non-live slot and RNG-based table games on phh44 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to produce outcomes that are statistically random and free from manipulation. Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Live dealer procedures follow PAGCOR-approved protocols. Game results are determined by physical game outcomes (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) and are not influenced by software following the commencement of a game round.
Sports betting markets are offered subject to published odds at the time of bet placement. phh44 reserves the right to void a bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the bet was placed on the basis of incorrect or corrupted odds resulting from a technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phh44 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phh44 Platform — including but not limited to the phh44 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, and data — is the proprietary property of GoTech Entertainment Corporation or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
phh44 processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by phh44's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
By registering a phh44 Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).
phh44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the Platform (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) or where required by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law.
phh44 provides the Platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect Platform availability. phh44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where operationally feasible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phh44's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phh44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of a Player's use of the Platform, even if phh44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may close your phh44 Account at any time by submitting a closure request through your account settings or via the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, phh44 will process any verified withdrawable Balance to your registered GCash or bank account before deactivating the Account. Accounts subject to an active self-exclusion request will be closed in accordance with the responsible gaming procedures set out in Section 13.
phh44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds not yet satisfying their Wagering Requirement at the time of termination are forfeited. Verified withdrawable Balances will be returned to the Player unless the Account closure is the result of confirmed fraudulent conduct, in which case phh44 may withhold funds pending investigation and regulatory direction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act 9487 (the New PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 10173 (the Data Privacy Act), Republic Act 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR Regulations.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, promotion, or account action, you must first contact phh44's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. phh44 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phh44's internal process within 14 calendar days of initial submission, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaints mechanism. phh44 is bound to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process initiated under its licensing conditions.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phh44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or available remedies under this Agreement — phh44 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice by:
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, or updates to reflect changes in law — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
